Southern Dunes is one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses located approximately 40 minutes south west of Orlando International. Airport, on US27 just 10 minutes from Highway I4. Within Southern Dunes , our Villa is located away from the main road, on Mariner Cay . Local shops and amenities are a two minute drive, with plenty of restaurants located along US192 only 15 minutes away by car. If you fancy a trip out to the Coast, you'll find either the Gulf or Atlantic just an hour away in either direction. Perfect also for checking out the Kennedy Space Centre or Busch Gardens. Orlando International 40 minutes. Sanford International 50 minutes. Tampa International 1 hour. Miami International three and a half hours.

There are two large supermarkets at the entrance of the community and has some excellent restaurants and take outs including an award winning Chinese takeout which we can personally attest to being the best we have ever tasted in the area and Manny’s restaurant is only ½ mile away which is so popular people from far and wide start standing in line before opening to make sure they get a table!
